Foundational Assessment
This is a one-time investment of $625 which includes an extended virtual appointment with Dr. Katie, a thorough lab review of advanced biomarker testing, an extended appointment with our Health Coach targeted toward functional nutrition and lifestyle changes & an integrative 8-part health plan that provides sustainable, long term recommendations for optimal health.
This is designed as a one-time assessment for optimal wellness and includes the following:
- Functional Health Evaluation
- Lab review – Advanced Biomarker Testing: in-depth diagnostic panel measuring inflammation, nutrient status, expanded thyroid assessment, heart health, cholesterol and more. (Labs costs are additional; self pay at reduced rates or billed through insurance)
- ~90 minute Virtual Appointment with Dr. Katie
- Customized Integrative 8-Part Health Plan
- Follow-up virtual appointment with our Health Coach
- Various payment options including HSA/FSA.
Membership Plan
Our membership plan costs $325/month and is for those who have completed the Foundational Assessment and would like to continue to benefit from our services and education at Inner Garden Health Functional Medicine. During the Foundational Assessment, Dr. Katie will discuss whether we are a good fit for each other and if you would benefit from our membership. Completion of the Foundational Assessment DOES NOT guarantee a spot in our membership plan.
Membership is a 12-month commitment and includes the folllowing:
- Advanced Diagnostic Testing offered: serum, microbiome/stool studies, hormone assessment (sex, thyroid and adrenals), DNA testing
- No-cost physician interpretation of lab results
- 4 virtual visits with Dr. Katie
- Extended virtual appointment times
- Unlimited portal messaging to Dr. Katie and our team
- 10 virtual visits with our Health coaching support
- 10% discount on physician-only nutraceutical supplement lines, with % of proceeds supporting local women's and children's non-profit organizations
